41 2005 buick lesabre serpentine belt diagram

I bought a brand new battery for my 2005 Buick LeSabre. When I installed it I think I overtightened the bolt to the positive terminal, since it went from being very tight to now being loose. It is not able to be pulled out of the battery however, so I figured it is okay. My question is this: What is the worst case scenario if the battery and the battery cable/terminal become too loose? What I am more asking is - will the car stop mid-driving? Or isn't it once the car is started, I am in the cl... I recently bought this vehicle. When I went to check it out, the only problem noted or found was that the driver side ac was warm, but they had the blend door actuator to replace and said it’s a common issue on these that’s pretty easy to fix. I bought it and replaced the actuator a couple days later. However, it didn’t fix the issue....

Title says most of it. Severely underestimated the depth of a puddle on campus today, and it ended up being over a foot deep. I had no power steering on my (short) drive home, and looked under the hood and saw my serpentine belt had come off. Can I just put it back on without problems, or does this usually mean the belt has an issue and I need a new one? It looks fine, but I want to be cautious.

I've noticed the car jerks a little when it shifts up a gear. Is this normal? It's not a huge jerk or anything but it is noticeable. Doesn't jerk at all when downshifting, no gear feels noticeably different when shifting. It's an automatic transmission. So, recently, my car has been shredding serpentine belts like crazy. We've fixed a few things, but it keeps happening. = 1. The first time it happened, we just replaced the belt. This worked for a few days before the new belt met the same fate. 2. Next, we noticed that the power steering pulley was loose.
