41 2003 dodge ram 1500 wiring diagram

I own a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 V8 2WD. I've had it for about 4 years but I've only put about 20k on it since then since I drive my work vehicle primarily during the week. In the past few months, it has developed a gradual loss of oil to the point that have to add a quart here and there every couple of weeks. I have never seen any puddles of oil on the ground it just loses oil. The second issue is the coolant which is a similar problem and I think it is related. Maybe 1-2 months ago I was dr... 2003 dodge ram 1500 wiring diagram. So my buddy brought me over a 2003 Ram 1500 4.7l. It appears that one side of the engine has a blown head gasket. What would be easier to do? Rework the heads or replace the engine? What would take less time? Can I just rework the bad head to get it going?
