42 cello fretboard diagram
The cello fingerboard does not have frets like a guitar to delineate one pitch from another, so the player must have a strong ear and sense of pitch to play confidently in tune. A cello fingerboard must be planed professionally with the proper curve and "scoop" in order for the strings to vibrate freely without buzzing against the surface. But, to Miguel's point, these diagrams show very many chord fingerings that aren't practical on cello. The absence of frets is one reason. Another is the relatively high action on a cello. Another is the more vertical position of the cello fingerboard, which makes barre-ing and some little finger fingerings impractical at higher positions.
About the Fingering Charts. Below are two cello position fingering charts for the 'four finger' positions (traditionally called 1/2 through 4th position). The advanced chart is more complete than the simplified one. The advanced chart includes two possible notations.

There's two different ascending and descending sequences featuring the technique that are repeated within each of the five Pentatonic positions. This is a great way to add to your Pentatonic repertoire and get out of pitfall of sounding like you're just when running up and down scales when...
The cello fingerboard is a remarkably complex three-dimensional form. The ideal fingerboard is slightly hollowed along its length (known as the 'fingerboard scoop') to allow the stopped strings to sound cleanly without buzzing in lower positions, but not so concave that it is hard work to stop the strings in 4th, 5th and 6th positions.

I made a simple [online tool](https://proceed-to-decode.com/posts/fretboard-diagram-creator/) with which you can create fretboard diagrams for the guitar.
